Ahmed El-Batrawy, Chairman and Founder of the Official Egyptian Real Estate Platform, stated that the platform represents the first fully integrated national project aimed at organizing the real estate market. It was developed entirely by young Egyptian professionals with the goal of enhancing transparency and effectively regulating buying and selling processes.
El-Batrawy noted that the idea for the project was launched four years ago and required nearly three years of continuous effort to build a solid infrastructure capable of accommodating a large real estate market such as Egypt’s.

He also pointed out that the platform relies on a global system developed by CoreLogic, enabling future linkage with international markets through specialized protocols. This, in turn, paves the way for exporting Egyptian real estate and attracting foreign investment.
El-Batrawy emphasized that the platform’s primary objective is to create a secure environment for both citizens and investors, ensuring that all real estate transactions are conducted within an organized framework that protects the rights of all parties and strengthens confidence in the real estate market.
