Ahmed El-Batrawy, Chairman and Founder of the Official Egyptian Real Estate Platform, explained that the platform is currently operating in cooperation with the Ministry of Housing under an official protocol that makes it the ministry’s technological arm. He confirmed that the platform has received significant support from the Minister of Housing, in addition to backing from the government and the Ministry of Communications, which contributed to the smooth and problem-free implementation of the recent offerings.
During an interview with broadcaster Lama Gabreel on Extra News channel, El-Batrawy stated that the latest offering achieved remarkable success, as the platform efficiently handled high traffic volumes without encountering any operational failures. He noted that this success is due to the platform’s strong and secure infrastructure, as well as the cybersecurity services provided by CyShield, one of the world’s leading companies in the field of cybersecurity.
Regarding user numbers, El-Batrawy pointed out that hundreds of thousands of citizens benefited from the platform’s latest offering, as it was able to accommodate all operations smoothly and easily, including payment options through banks, postal services, or directly via the application.
As for the platform’s core objective, El-Batrawy emphasized that the top priority is serving citizens and simplifying their access to the support provided by the Ministry of Housing. He also stressed that the support team works with high efficiency to handle thousands of daily inquiries and issues, reflecting the platform’s commitment to ensuring user convenience. He concluded by noting that continuous improvements are underway to guarantee an even better user experience in upcoming offerings.
