Ahmed El-Batrawy, Chairman and Founder of the Official Egyptian Real Estate Platform, confirmed that the platform safely accommodated the entry of hundreds of thousands of users during the recent offering. He explained that payment processes were carried out smoothly through applications, postal services, and banks, making it easier for citizens to benefit from the support of the Ministry of Housing.
El-Batrawy noted that the primary objective is to provide a secure and user-friendly system for registering and paying for real estate services. Despite the challenges, the platform succeeded thanks to state support and continuous engagement with citizens’ feedback through the call center, which contributed to improving performance in preparation for the upcoming offering.

In cooperation with the Ministry of Communications, the Ministry of Housing launched the Official Egyptian Real Estate Platform under the supervision of Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny and Ahmed El-Batrawy. This represents an important step toward developing the Egyptian real estate market, supported by the EGYPT MLS platform, which is based on transparency and efficiency through accurate and up-to-date information.
The platform also works to combat fake listings and misleading information by assigning a unique identification number to each property to ensure credibility. With its global vision, the EGYPT MLS platform serves as a central hub linking the local market with the global one, offering new investment opportunities built on trust and transparency.
