The total value of real estate sales in Dubai reached approximately $2.75 billion (AED 10.11 billion) during the current week through 3,041 transactions, according to what was reported by Al Khaleej newspaper.
The most prominent real estate deals were recorded across several areas, with Yelais 5 topping the list with sales amounting to $215.8 million (AED 792 million), followed by Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens with sales totaling around $171.4 million (AED 629 million), then Airport City with $149.1 million (AED 547 million), and Yelais 1 with $149.2 million (AED 547.3 million).
In terms of mortgages, the market recorded transactions with a total value of approximately $681.2 million (AED 2.5 billion), resulting from 878 deals. The most notable mortgages were in Downtown Jebel Ali at $60.8 million (AED 223 million), Jumeirah Village Circle at $42.1 million (AED 154.5 million), and Dubai Silicon Oasis at around $40.9 million (AED 150 million).
The real estate market also recorded grants worth approximately $145.9 million (AED 535.5 million) through 109 transactions. The largest of these was in Palm Jumeirah at $27.5 million (AED 101 million), followed by Horizon at $19.6 million (AED 72 million), then Al Hebiah Fifth at $19.4 million (AED 71.1 million), and finally Jumeirah Lakes Towers at $16.9 million (AED 62 million).
As a result, the total real estate transactions in Dubai, including sales, mortgages, and grants, reached approximately $3.58 billion (AED 13.15 billion) during the current week through 4,028 transactions, based on data from the Dubai REST app.
