The total value of real estate transactions in the Emirate of Ajman reached approximately $452 million (equivalent to AED 1.66 billion) during March 2026, according to data released by the emirate’s Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation.
Statistics showed that 938 real estate transactions were recorded, including 680 trading transactions valued at $327 million (AED 1.2 billion), reflecting continued strong activity in buying and selling within the local market.
Mortgage activity also saw 168 transactions, with a total value of $83.1 million (AED 305 million). The Al Jurf Industrial Area recorded the highest mortgage value, reaching approximately $6.65 million (AED 24.4 million).
As for sales transactions, the Al Amerah area topped the list of the largest real estate deals in Ajman, with a transaction valued at around $50.4 million (AED 185 million).
