In line with the wise directives of His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Executive Council, aimed at developing government services and enhancing the quality of life for the emirate’s citizens.
The Abu Dhabi Real Estate Center announced the start of handing over the keys to beneficiaries of the second and third phases of the Hayy Al Mazan residential project on Monday and Tuesday, March 30 and 31, 2026.
This project is part of joint efforts between the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority and the Abu Dhabi Center for Projects and Infrastructure, aiming to provide an integrated and sustainable residential environment for Emirati families.

The project, implemented by Aldar Properties, includes 896 modern residential units and is expected to benefit approximately 100 citizens in this phase, reflecting the leadership’s vision of providing suitable housing and comprehensive well-being for all citizens of the emirate.
As part of this ambitious initiative, which carries the message of the “Year of the Family,” Majlis Al Shwamikh has been prepared in cooperation with the Majlis Administration at the Presidential Court to receive the beneficiary citizens.
This step aims to facilitate the handover procedures and provide a smooth and distinguished experience, reflecting Abu Dhabi’s commitment to empowering citizens and enhancing the integrated housing system to ensure a dignified and stable life for all.
