Dubai’s real estate market began the week by recording transactions with a total value of AED 5.4 billion, resulting from 1,531 deals. Sales reached AED 4.42 billion on Monday through 1,212 transactions, with the most prominent activity recorded in areas such as Al Yelayiss 1 with deals worth AED 374 million, Nad Al Sheba First with AED 356 million, and Al Maeesam Second with AED 293 million.
Mortgage transactions, meanwhile, totaled AED 610.5 million across 265 deals. The leading areas were Al Barari with AED 40 million, Al Hebiah Fifth with AED 32 million, and Dubai Hills with AED 31 million.
The value of real estate gifts amounted to AED 349 million through 54 transactions. Nad Al Sheba First recorded the highest value at AED 175 million, followed by Palm Deira with AED 45 million, and Dubai Hills with AED 22 million.
