The Real Estate General Authority has announced that the deadline to register 148,432 real estate units in the Hail and Riyadh regions is fast approaching, with Thursday set as the final day for registration.
The decision covers several neighborhoods in the city of Hail, including Durat Al Wadi, Al Shorouq, Al Nossiyah, and Safana, among others. It also includes districts in Al Rayan Governorate within the Riyadh region, such as Ahad, Al Nasifah, and Al Qadisiyah. The Authority has urged property owners to expedite registration procedures to avoid financial penalties.
The Authority confirmed that registration grants each property a unique identification number and an official title deed containing accurate data. This process ensures proper documentation of future transactions, enhances transparency, and safeguards ownership rights.

It stressed that fines will be imposed on owners who fail to register before the deadline, although applications will continue to be accepted afterward with penalties applied.
The National Real Estate Registry Company is managing the project using modern technologies to strengthen trust and transparency in the market, as part of a broader strategic plan to develop and sustain the real estate sector.
