Dubai’s real estate market continued to strengthen its position as a leading investment destination during March 2026, with total sales exceeding AED 42.7 billion across more than 13.2 thousand transactions. This strong performance reflects growing local and international demand, as well as sustained investor confidence despite regional challenges, according to a recent report issued by W Capital based on data from the Dubai Land Department.
Walid Al Zarooni, Chairman of the company, stated that the real estate sector is demonstrating remarkable resilience and adaptability to geopolitical developments. He noted that the current market activity is driven by genuine demand grounded in solid economic fundamentals, rather than speculative waves, which supports long-term sustainability.
He added that the market is entering a phase of maturity characterized by higher investment awareness and increased selectivity among investors, particularly regarding large-scale projects and prime locations. This shift is supported by a healthy balance between supply and demand, along with continuous growth in population and the economy.

Al Zarooni explained that Dubai’s attractiveness lies in a comprehensive ecosystem that includes economic stability, flexible regulations, and advanced infrastructure, in addition to competitive advantages such as freehold ownership laws and tax exemptions on real estate income—further reinforcing its position as one of the world’s top real estate investment destinations.
On another note, the company announced the launch of the “Session with a Real Estate Expert” initiative, which aims to provide free consultations to help investors better understand market conditions and make well-informed decisions, particularly amid anticipation surrounding regional changes.
Al Zarooni emphasized that knowledge and objective analysis play a crucial role in supporting investor decisions. He added that Dubai’s real estate market has proven its ability to turn challenges into opportunities, thanks to the continued momentum in major projects and strategic areas, indicating a sustained flow of investments in the coming period.
