Dubai Real Estate Transactions Reach AED 21.5 Billion in One Week

Dubai’s real estate transactions totaled AED 21.5 billion last week across 4,585 deals, including 3,704 sales worth AED 13.1 billion, 760 mortgages valued at AED 7 billion, and 121 grants amounting to AED 1.4 billion.

Sales transactions included 269 land deals, 3,005 residential units, and 430 buildings, while mortgages were distributed across 218 plots of land, 437 residential units, and 119 buildings.

Dubai Real Estate Transactions Reach AED 21.5 Billion in One Week

Ready property sales recorded AED 6.4 billion through 1,252 transactions, compared to AED 6.7 billion from off-plan property sales across 2,452 transactions.

Palm Jebel Ali topped the list of areas by sales value at AED 1.2 billion, followed by Umm Suqeim First with AED 913 million, and Umm Suqeim Third with AED 765 million. Dubai Investment Park Second and Business Bay ranked fourth and fifth, with AED 597 million each.

Notable transactions included the mortgage of a plot of land in Palm Jumeirah for AED 4.2 billion and the sale of an apartment in Jumeirah Bay for AED 85 million.
