The Dubai Land Department (DLD) will host PropTech Connect Middle East 2026 this February, accelerating the digital transformation of the real estate sector. Scheduled for February 4–5, 2026, this event marks the first regional edition of the global real estate technology conference. It highlights Dubai’s growing status as a hub for innovation-driven real estate and digital advancement.
Hosting the conference aligns with the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33), which positions digital transformation and innovation at the core of efforts to double the emirate’s economy, boost global competitiveness, attract high-quality investments, and strengthen Dubai’s role in the digital economy.
The event also supports the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033, spearheaded by DLD. The strategy seeks to encourage the adoption of enabling technologies in the property sector, improve data centralization, enhance market efficiency and transparency, and offer a more integrated experience for real estate customers. These initiatives aim to double the sector’s added value and increase transaction volumes over the next decade.
Connecting Dubai with Global PropTech Advances
Through PropTech Connect Middle East 2026, DLD will continue linking Dubai’s real estate market with global innovations in artificial intelligence, data analytics, and digital technologies. This initiative is designed to prepare the sector for future demands while reinforcing Dubai’s position as a leading destination for technology-driven real estate solutions.
The conference is expected to attract over 3,000 participants and more than 1,500 companies across the real estate ecosystem, including owners, developers, operators, occupiers, brokers, and technology providers specializing in proptech, AI, and venture capital investment. The event will facilitate thousands of one-to-one meetings via interactive platforms, enabling targeted engagement among stakeholders.

Event Programme and Highlights
The two-day programme will feature more than 60 panel discussions across five main platforms covering: Residential, Hospitality, Commercial, Industrial, and Asset management.
Additionally, the conference will showcase 50 global case studies, along with 25 workshops and closed-door sessions focused on artificial intelligence, blockchain, data analytics, and other technologies that enhance operational efficiency.
Attendees will also benefit from extensive networking opportunities, including two exhibition zones and dedicated one-to-one meeting spaces, supported by the PropTech Connect app to facilitate focused engagement between startups, technology leaders, and investors.
Dubai as the First Middle East Host
Dubai was chosen to host the Middle East edition after multiple engagements with DLD, making it the first international destination in PropTech Connect’s global expansion, which also includes major events in Europe, the United States, and Asia.
According to DLD, hosting the conference reflects its commitment to enhancing the competitiveness of Dubai’s real estate sector, attracting leading proptech companies and global investors, fostering strong international partnerships, and creating high-impact collaboration opportunities. These initiatives support Dubai’s broader strategy to boost transparency, service efficiency, and future readiness across the real estate market.
