The real estate development company Arada has awarded two strategic contracts totaling AED 2.04 billion (approximately $555 million) to construct 2,210 residential units within the Aljada residential community in the Emirate of Sharjah. These contracts cover the core construction works for 14 fully designed residential complexes.
According to the Emirates News Agency (WAM), China Tiesiju Civil Engineering Company, a subsidiary of the China Railway Group Limited, will undertake the construction of the “Nisbat Al-Khamsa” buildings in Boulevard East and the “Safa Al-Khamsa” buildings in Boulevard West.
Regarding the contract for the “The Gate 3-6” buildings, located at the southern entrances of Aljada, it has been awarded to the Kuwaiti company Mohammed Abdul Mohsen Al-Kharafi & Sons, which is currently overseeing other Arada projects, including Aljada, Masar, and Nesma Residences.
Ahmed Al Khashibi, CEO of Arada Group, confirmed that these two contracts reflect the company’s growing confidence in the local market, alongside its commitment to accelerating the execution of new projects across the United Arab Emirates.
He pointed out that these partnerships represent a pivotal step in the development of the Aljada community and highlight the high demand for the project among buyers and investors, establishing it as a modern, fully integrated destination.
Al Khashibi added that the delivery of the new residential complexes will run in parallel with the development of other major projects within Aljada, such as Madar Mall and the Arada Central Business District, emphasizing the company’s dedication to creating a modern urban destination that redefines the cityscape in the Emirate of Sharjah.
