The Middle East and North Africa region is witnessing remarkable progress, outperforming Europe as one of the fastest-growing luxury real estate markets globally. Quality of life has become a central focus for wealthy buyers from around the world, making luxury properties a prime investment target.
Forecasts indicate that the global luxury real estate market—having doubled in size since 2019—will reach USD 1.1 trillion by 2029, a trend that is reshaping the landscape of the sector.
According to the Global Luxury Real Estate Institute, the luxury real estate market in the Middle East and North Africa is growing at an annual rate of just over 22%, slightly trailing Latin America and the Caribbean, which records a growth rate of around 24%. Dubai clearly stands out as a prominent regional hub for this segment of real estate.
