The Infath Center announced that it will supervise the organization of 60 real estate auctions between March 1 and March 15, 2026, aiming to liquidate and sell more than 631 diverse real estate assets. These assets include residential, commercial, and agricultural properties distributed across various regions of the Kingdom.
The Riyadh Region topped the list of auction activity, hosting 21 auctions offering 182 properties. It was followed by the Makkah Region with 7 auctions covering 95 properties, and then the Madinah Region, which held 5 auctions dedicated to selling 89 properties, reflecting the notable real estate momentum in these areas.
The Eastern Province recorded 8 auctions showcasing 64 properties, while the Asir Region organized 4 auctions including 65 properties. Meanwhile, the Al-Qassim Region also hosted 4 auctions involving the sale of 43 properties, highlighting the widespread distribution of real estate activity.

Across other regions, two auctions were conducted in each of the Al Bahah Region to sell 17 properties, the Tabuk Region for 15 properties, the Jazan Region for 14 properties, and the Hail Region for 12 properties.
Additional auctions were held in other areas, including one in the Najran Region offering 12 properties, another in the Al-Jouf Region featuring 13 properties, as well as an auction in the Northern Borders Region to liquidate 10 properties. These auctions form part of a comprehensive plan to manage and liquidate real estate assets across all regions.
These efforts, led by the Infath Center, aim to enhance the efficiency of judicial liquidation and sales processes while strengthening transparency and trust in real estate auction procedures. This contributes to stimulating real estate market activity and ensuring fairness in the enforcement of judicial rulings.
