The value of real estate transactions in Kuwait during the period from January 11 to 15, 2026, reached a total of KWD 66.31 million, according to data issued by the Real Estate Registration and Documentation Department at the Ministry of Justice.
The data showed that the total number of registered real estate contracts amounted to 148 contracts, distributed across the country’s six governorates.
In the details of these contracts, 98 private property contracts were recorded with a total value of KWD 35.25 million, while 39 investment property contracts were registered with a value of KWD 19.02 million.

As for commercial properties, they included only two contracts worth KWD 3.45 million, in addition to the registration of nine craft/industrial property contracts with a total value of KWD 8.59 million.
Compared to the previous week (from January 4 to 8, 2026), the real estate market showed a slight increase in the total value of contracts, as it recorded KWD 61.25 million during that period.
