London is preparing to host the first edition of the Saudi Luxury Real Estate Exhibition from August 10 to 14, 2026, at The Peninsula Hotel. The event aims to showcase the most prominent Saudi luxury real estate projects to global investors, coinciding with the opening of the Saudi real estate market to foreign investors at the beginning of 2026, which strengthens the link between the Kingdom’s reforms and London’s status as a global financial hub.
The exhibition will be invitation-only and comes amid expectations of turning investment opportunities into actual deals. According to the exhibition’s Commercial Director, Victoria Len, Vision 2030 has boosted real estate investment by more than USD 324 billion, alongside regulatory developments and higher transparency, which supports attracting investors to gain first-hand insights and compare projects directly.
The new real estate law, implemented in 2025, will allow broader ownership rights for non-Saudis within designated areas, covering residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, as well as mega-projects such as NEOM and Qiddiya. Opportunities are also expanding to include digital fractional ownership.

Meanwhile, London remains a prominent destination for Middle Eastern capital thanks to its legal stability and reputation as a haven for real estate investment. However, the exhibition aims to reverse this flow by attracting European and Asian investors to explore the opportunities available in Saudi Arabia.
The event will be limited to eight leading Saudi developers presenting their projects in a focused format, with a program that includes pre-arranged meetings and introductory sessions. It targets investment families and high-net-worth individuals seeking to invest in a Saudi market characterized by strong growth and attractive returns.
Victoria Len emphasized the importance of timing and location, noting that holding the exhibition in London during the summer provides a trusted environment to understand the new law, engage closely with project leaders, and participate early in the upcoming wave of opportunities.
