The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing concluded its participation in the 3rd Qatar Real Estate Forum held in Doha under the theme “Future Real Estate.” The participation aimed to strengthen regional cooperation and exchange expertise to support a sustainable real estate environment aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
The ministry’s pavilion received visits from prominent officials from Qatar, Gulf, and Arab countries, who explored the services and initiatives related to the digital and regulatory empowerment of the Saudi real estate sector.
During the forum, the ministry showcased its experiences in digital transformation, sector empowerment initiatives, the unification of regulatory frameworks, and infrastructure improvements that enhance efficiency and transparency within the real estate market.

The pavilion also highlighted the ministry’s role in building an integrated ecosystem that supports quality of life by utilizing technologies such as artificial intelligence and smart contracts to accelerate procedures and increase transparency.
Minister Majed Al-Hogail participated in a ministerial session titled “The Real Estate Sector Roadmap Toward Achieving Vision 2030,” where he reviewed the Kingdom’s experience in developing a real estate market driven by innovation and digital transformation.
