The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing revealed its most prominent achievements during 2025, which included the signing of 99,000 contracts to provide housing products for Saudi families.
The ministry stated via its official account on the X platform that it provided support to 38,000 cases under the Rental Housing Support Program during the past year. It also indicated that 7,300 citizens benefited from developmental housing initiatives.
The ministry explained that the beneficiary satisfaction rate with housing support services reached 90%, noting that it carried out 15,000 inspection tours to verify the optimal use of housing units that were delivered to beneficiaries.
According to data issued by the ministry, its achievements during the same year also included the launch of 108,000 housing units under off-plan sales projects and the delivery of 18,000 similar units. The achievements also included offering 12,000 land plots through the Sakani platform and developing more than 16 million square meters of white land subject to fees.
