The National Housing Company (NHC) has announced the launch of a new collection of residential units within the “Al Rasha Destination” project, located in the city of Dammam.
The company explained that the “Al Rasha” project represents a distinctive addition to its portfolio of modern urban developments, embodying its vision of delivering integrated destinations that enhance quality of life and meet customer aspirations—whether for those seeking housing or investors looking for promising opportunities.
The project is strategically located and spans an area exceeding 434,000 square meters. It includes apartment-style residential units designed according to the highest urban planning standards, ensuring the creation of a balanced environment that combines comfort and modern living.
The project also features expansive green spaces covering more than 116,000 square meters, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA). The projects of the National Housing Company reflect its commitment to developing fully integrated urban destinations that prioritize quality of life and offer diverse housing options within healthy and sustainable environments.
