Property Registration Deadline in Riyadh, Qassim, and the Eastern Province Ends Thursday

The Real Estate General Authority announced that the deadline for the initial cadastral registration of 47,257 properties in the regions of Riyadh, the Eastern Province, and Qassim is approaching. The deadline is set for Thursday, February 12, 2026.

This announcement covers a number of neighborhoods across several governorates. In the Riyadh region, registration includes neighborhoods in Al Zulfi Governorate such as Al Noor, Granada, Uraira, Al Saih, Al Qadisiyah, Al Hamra, Al Manar, Samnan, Al Rawdah, Al Khalidiyah, the Industrial Area, Al Rabwah, Al Rayyan, Al Nada, and Al Nafel.

It also includes the registration of properties in the neighborhoods of Al Shifa, Al Dirah, King Abdulaziz, Al Zahra, Al Rawdah, and Al Nakheel in Al Sulayyil Governorate. In Hotat Sudair Governorate, the covered neighborhoods are Al Aziziyah, Al Nahda, Al Yasmin, and Al Shifa, in addition to Al Mustaqbal neighborhood in Al Ghat Governorate.

In the Eastern Province, the registration period is ending for the neighborhoods of Souq Al Mawashi, Al Muruj, Al Muhammadiyah, Al Aziziyah, Al Shuhada, the King Fahd Camel Square Plan, and part of the Al Salmaniyah plan in Al Nairiyah Governorate.

In the Qassim region, specifically in Uyun Al Jawa Governorate, registration includes the neighborhoods of Al Ofuq, Al Marqab, Al Muntazah, the Industrial Area, Al Nuzhah, Al Nahda, Ghaf Al Jawa, Rawd Al Jawa, Al Rafeeah, Othal, East Othal, North Othal, West Othal, and part of West Buraidah.

In Al Quwarah Governorate, the covered neighborhoods include Al Rabwah, Al Rawdah, Al Rayyan, Al Salam, Al Safa, Al Qadisiyah, Al Muntazah, Al Noor, and Al Hijrah. The Authority urged property owners within the announced areas to quickly register their properties through the Real Estate Registry platform before the deadline.

It emphasized that registration will allow owners to obtain a unique property number and a title deed that includes precise geographic location details, along with owner information and all rights and obligations related to the property. This process aims to strengthen ownership reliability and support the sustainability of the real estate sector.

The Authority also confirmed that fines will be imposed on owners who fail to comply with registration within the specified period in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate Cadastral Registration Law.

However, owners will still be able to submit registration requests after the deadline in the announced areas. It is worth noting that the National Company for Real Estate Registration Services oversees the establishment and management of the real estate registry using modern technologies and geospatial data through an integrated digital platform that enhances transparency and trust in real estate information.
