Truva has raised $6.32 million (₹56.72 crore) in Series A funding from Stellaris Venture Partners and Orios Venture Partners to support product development and market growth.
Founded in 2023 by Puneet Arora, Monil Singhal, and Ankit Gupta, the proptech startup received the fresh capital from its existing investors through the issuance of 54,628 Series A compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) at a price of ₹10,383 per share, according to filings with the Registrar of Companies.
Stellaris Venture Partners led the round, investing ₹30.5 crore, while Orios Venture Partners contributed ₹26.22 crore. Following the funding, Truva’s post-money valuation is estimated at around ₹284 crore ($31.6 million).
The company plans to use the proceeds for working capital needs, product improvements, and business expansion as it continues to build its platform aimed at simplifying the home-buying process in India.
Truva’s property discovery offering includes features such as natural light scores, noise assessments, immersive 3D tours, and high-quality visuals, alongside end-to-end buyer support covering financing, documentation, and registration.
After the investment, Stellaris holds a 24.53% stake in the company, Orios owns 9.24%, and the founders collectively retain 54.87%, highlighting strong founder ownership and continued investor confidence.
The funding round signals ongoing interest in India’s proptech space despite broader market challenges. With the new capital, Truva aims to scale operations, improve customer experience, and strengthen its position as an innovator in property discovery and home buying.
