The Real Estate Development Fund announced the deposit of SAR 1.078 billion into the accounts of beneficiaries of the Housing Support Program for February 2026.
This support comes as part of the efforts of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing and the Real Estate Fund to enhance individuals’ ability to own homes. It also represents a key component in achieving the objectives of the Housing Program derived from Saudi Vision 2030.
The allocated amount was directed toward covering profits resulting from contracts under various housing support programs, reflecting the fund’s commitment to assisting beneficiaries and helping them achieve their aspirations of obtaining suitable housing.
In parallel, the fund continues to develop innovative financing solutions in partnership with financing entities and real estate developers, aiming to facilitate the homeownership journey and provide flexible housing and financing options tailored to diverse individual needs.
On the other hand, the fund delivers housing support services through its electronic platform, which offers tools such as the Real Estate Advisor service. This enables beneficiaries to design a personalized support plan that meets their individual needs, in addition to receiving customized housing and financing recommendations.
The fund’s ongoing efforts highlight its dedication to providing integrated and innovative solutions that contribute to achieving the broader goal of building a society characterized by a high quality of life.
