The total value of real estate transactions recorded in sale contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice between January 25 and 29, 2026, amounted to approximately QAR 389.3 million.
In the same context, the total value of residential unit sale contracts listed in the real estate bulletin during the same period reached QAR 84.2 million, bringing the total value of real estate trading for the week to around QAR 473.5 million.
The weekly bulletin issued by the department explained that the properties traded for sale included vacant land plots, houses, residential buildings, commercial shops, hotel apartments, and residential units.
Sales activity was concentrated in the municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah, Al Daayen, Al Khor, and Al Thakhira, Umm Salal, and Al Shamal, in addition to areas such as The Pearl, Al Wukair, Lusail 69, Al Kharij, Legtaifiya, Ghar Thuaileb, Al Mashaf, and Al Sakhama.
During the period from January 18 to 22, the volume of real estate transactions registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice exceeded QAR 716 million.
