The Real Estate General Authority has announced the launch of title registration for 14,750 property units in Mecca, aiming to enhance real estate documentation and promote transparency in the market. Registration will begin on Sunday, March 29, 2026, and continue until Thursday, July 2, 2026.
The current phase includes several neighborhoods in Jeddah, such as Al Rayan and parts of Al Salamah, Al Khalidiyah, Al Qouzain, and Al Wadi. Additional areas will be announced later according to specific implementation plans.
The initial registration process is available through the Real Estate Registry platform and accredited service centers, and it requires complete ownership deeds. The Authority has urged property owners to review their deeds and ensure they are ready, with inquiries available through official channels.

A “Property Number” and an official registration deed will be issued for each registered unit, including detailed data, legal status, and associated rights. This step aims to build a comprehensive database that supports infrastructure development and sector sustainability.
The new system seeks to enhance ownership reliability, reduce disputes, and stimulate real estate investment. The Authority has called on property owners in the specified areas to promptly verify their deeds and fulfill all requirements before registration begins.
