Deals at the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition “ACRES 2026” rose by 17% year-on-year, surpassing AED 5 billion. The decision to reduce property registration fees during the exhibition helped boost demand, with more than 18,000 visitors attending, including investors and interested buyers.
Organized by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, the exhibition featured 120 exhibitors from leading companies in the sector. More than 200 real estate projects were showcased, ranging from luxury residential units to commercial and industrial developments.

The exhibition also witnessed the launch of new real estate projects both inside and outside the UAE, alongside distinctive investment opportunities, discounts, and flexible payment plans. According to Abdulaziz Ahmed Al Shamsi, 2,747 sales transactions were recorded, reflecting growing confidence in Sharjah’s real estate market.
Saeed Ghanem Al Suwaidi emphasized that the exhibition strengthened interaction between exhibitors and investors, helping to better understand market needs and guide projects toward sustainability and long-term economic viability.
