RealVantage, a Singapore-regulated global real estate investment platform, has successfully closed an oversubscribed $10 million Series A funding round, placing the company at a $70 million valuation. The oversubscription included participation from three family offices, notably the family office of property group SoilBuild, and was accommodated through secondary tranches that also allowed long-standing staff to realize some liquidity.
Founded in April 2019, RealVantage provides investors access to institutional-grade global real estate deals. To date, the company has raised over SGD 400 million and completed more than 130 transactions across seven international markets, most recently expanding into South Korea.
Its platform now serves over 10,000 members from 58 countries, including institutions, listed firms, family offices, accredited investors, and mass-affluent clients. The firm also collaborates with prominent developers and asset managers such as Greystar, ESR, and Investcorp.
The newly raised capital will drive three key initiatives: launching thematic investment products, enhancing its AI-powered platform, and accelerating regional expansion, starting with Hong Kong SAR.

The company has already entered the Hong Kong market through a joint venture with a consortium of established real estate partners and a leading family office. This new operation will be led by Ivan Ho, former CEO of KaiLong REI, with strategic guidance from former Standard Chartered senior banker Edmund Ho.
RealVantage co-founder and CEO Keith Ong highlighted that the strong investor support validates the company’s mission to make institutional-grade real estate investing more accessible, transparent, and rewarding globally. He emphasized the firm’s commitment to expanding offerings and reaching new markets while maintaining investor-centric principles.
Investor Lim Han Feng, director at SoilBuild Group Holdings and participant through SoilBuild’s family office, praised RealVantage’s disciplined approach and platform transparency. He noted that the company fills a significant gap in the market, bringing a structured and investor-aligned method to real estate investing.
With its Series A success, RealVantage is well-positioned to scale its technology, diversify its investment offerings, and strengthen its global footprint, providing more investors with opportunities to participate in high-quality real estate projects while leveraging innovative digital tools for better decision-making and portfolio management.
This funding milestone marks a significant step in the company’s growth trajectory, reinforcing its role as a leader in democratizing access to institutional real estate investments.
