A new technology project in Miami, the World Property Exchange (WPE), seeks to transform real estate into a liquid, transparent, borderless, and democratic asset class. As an AI-powered digital platform regulated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, WPE is designed to enable the trading of tokenized real estate assets and real-estate-backed stablecoins.
WPE focuses on leveraging blockchain and artificial intelligence technologies to deliver fast trading and high liquidity in a market long characterized by slow transactions, opaque pricing, and high barriers to entry. Its goal is to bring real estate trading closer to the efficiency of public equity markets.
The platform aims to address wealth inequality driven by the illiquidity and inaccessibility of real estate ownership, where homeowners tend to accumulate far greater wealth than renters. WPE initiatives will introduce regulated fractional ownership opportunities starting from as little as $100, allowing individual investors to enter the market with ease.
Expected investment products include income-generating residential and commercial properties, institutional-grade instruments such as debt and derivatives, and a regulated industry forecasting market. The core objective is to make real estate investment accessible to everyone, enabling fairer and more transparent wealth creation.

Artificial Intelligence as the Market Engine
Artificial intelligence forms the backbone of WPE’s infrastructure. Its AI-based matching engine manages order flows, compliance processes, risk assessment, and price discovery at ultra-high speeds specifically designed to meet institutional-level execution requirements.
According to executives, this technological solution significantly shortens settlement times and enables cross-border liquidity in ways that were previously impossible within the real estate sector.
A Digital Investment Bank Powering an Advanced Exchange
The World Property Exchange (WPE) is expected to operate as a digital exchange affiliated with the Global Property Bank, an institution developing a comprehensive suite of tokenized real estate investment products. These include debt, equity, credit, and financial derivatives, all issued and traded on the WPE platform.
Notably, the Global Property Bank is part of the World Property Ventures portfolio group, a Miami-based U.S. company focused on digitizing and modernizing the global real estate industry.
A New Gateway to Global Wealth
If the WPE model gains sufficient traction, a novice real estate investor from cities such as Miami, Los Angeles, New York, Detroit, Atlanta—or even London, Hong Kong, or Dubai—could own high-quality shares in income-generating real estate assets around the world using only a smartphone and an initial investment of just $100.
Garrity explained that by enabling individuals to invest in real estate from anywhere, a new future of investment is being shaped—one built on the fusion of the digital revolution, artificial intelligence, and token-based technologies.
He noted that the time has come to give hundreds of millions of people worldwide the opportunity to gradually build wealth through real estate equities. Ultimately, the WPE project aims to tackle one of the most significant societal challenges in the United States: wealth inequality.
WPE plans to launch its first regulated offerings within the coming year, preparing to enter the global race to tokenize financial and real estate markets with strong momentum.
