The Official Egyptian Real Estate Platform concludes today, Wednesday, the electronic booking procedures for the residential units of the “Zelal” project, which started yesterday, Tuesday, and continues until the end of today. This project comes as part of the second phase of the largest housing offering witnessed by the Egyptian real estate market, implemented by the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities.
The Official Egyptian Real Estate Platform announced that the current phase includes the allocation of 9,412 residential units within the “Zelal” project, as part of the state’s plan to offer around 400,000 housing units in successive phases. This plan aims to provide diverse housing options that meet the different needs of various segments of citizens, contributing to enhancing balance within the real estate market.
The Ministry of Housing had announced in mid-November last year the offering of 25,012 residential units through the Official Egyptian Real Estate Platform within the second phase of the project, confirming that the remaining units would be gradually offered in various new cities across the republic.
The offering includes a diverse group of residential projects, most notably 2,986 units in the “Janna” and “Sakan Misr” projects, 10,614 units in the “Diarna” project, in addition to 9,412 units in the “Zelal” project. The offering also includes 2,000 units available under the diversified housing program in New Ismailia City.
Booking Schedule for Residential Projects
The Official Egyptian Real Estate Platform has set the timetable for electronic booking of the offered projects to ensure fairness and equal opportunity among citizens. The dates are as follows:

The platform confirmed that booking starts daily at exactly 10:00 a.m. and is conducted exclusively online through the official website, to ensure the highest levels of transparency and ease of procedures.
