Ahmed El-Batrawy, Founder and Chairman of the Official Egyptian Real Estate Platform, confirmed that the platform successfully accommodated the recent offering launched by the Ministry of Housing without any notable technical issues.
He explained that thousands of citizens were able to register and make reservations easily and securely, reflecting the strength of the platform’s technological infrastructure. He also noted that the payment options were diverse, including banks, postal services, and electronic applications, providing significant flexibility for citizens.

During his participation in the Studio Extra program on Extra News channel, El-Batrawy pointed to the substantial support provided by the Egyptian government through the Ministry of Housing, the Prime Minister’s Office, and the Ministry of Communications, which had a clear impact on the success of this experience. He emphasized that the platform did not face any technical malfunctions or cybersecurity threats.
El-Batrawy added that the primary objective of the platform is to facilitate citizens’ access to housing units through an organized and transparent approach. He also affirmed readiness for the future by working on developing upcoming offerings to be more user-friendly and efficient. He clarified that the platform has become the official technological arm of the Ministry of Housing, pledging to continue supporting all future offerings.
